  • Q: What is the turnaround time to create the unit?

    It can take 10-15 days to completely process an order for a unit.

  • Q: How long will it take for the item to be shipped?

    We use USPS Priority shipping and usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. Overnight options are available as well.

  • Are all wigs glueless?

    A: No. Only Closure wigs are glueless. Frontal wigs are not. All wigs come with an elastic band and combs for security.

  • Do you offer installs?

    A: Yes. Please visit our Booking page to make an appointment. Click on the “DolledUp Unit Install” for a discounted price if the unit was made by us.

  • Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

    All sales are final. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges at the moment. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via e-mail at info@dolledupinc.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost or stolen packages should be taken up with your local United States Postal Office.

    Cancellations can only be made up to 3 days after purchasing. If not cancelled within that time frame, $100 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping Policy

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please confirm that your email address and mailing address is correct when checking out.

    Once the order is in the hands of the USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office in the event any of the above occurs.

    We are not responsible of your package is delivered to the wrong address if it’s the exact address you provided. If the shipped item is returned, customers are subject to paying the shipping fee again.
